Too many times, people give up before they ever begin. Its amazing how much we can do if we don’t let our own predetermined limitations get in the way… or the limitations that other put on us.
I thought this was good… just thought I would share since I found it to be inspirational.
This is a good reminder…. all too often we give up on ourselves. Don’t give up… you can do it!
Two words…”Show up”. That’s my motto in ’09. Btw, fantastic info. here! Thanks for the encouragement — you know how to show up!
Hey Shane! Impressive! I had tears on my eyes, and I dislike so much football and screaming coaches!
Great inspirational video! Thanks!
I’m like the guy there, never quite, but I can definitely use an inspirational video like this!!!
Question, what is the WordPress Theme you use? Like it a lot! and if you don’t mind, I’ll use it in one of my blogs.
Carlos
Hi Carlos,
Glad you liked it! I think this is one of my favorite clips of all time… Its just… inspiring… and a great reminder to not let your eyes get in the way of what is possible.
The theme is called Earthly Touch… You can get it here… http://shanehall.com/elegant-themes
I like all their themes alot, and its only 20 bucks to get access to all their themes.
Make it a great day!
Shane
Thanks Shane!
This morning, at about 5 am, it was dark, I went to a park to do my daily work out: bicycle, push ups, and running.
I normally start with 120 to 140 push ups. When I got to 120 I remember the video (above); then I start counting in loud voice, a thing I’ve never done before.
As the counting approached 160, I start feeling a little tired and I begun to shout louder. Then I got to 200 and started to hurt, and I shout even louder, always remembering the guy carrying his team mate on his shoulder.
I got to 240 and I stopped; I’ve could have done some more, but it was my all times record. My point is also that
I’m not a spring chicken any more. It hurt a little bit but the feeling of accomplishment was just great!!!
Thank you for posting that video, again! I will remember it every time I have a challenge.
